TERMS OF SERVICES (2023)

 

ORDERING AND PAYMENTS​​

• Nonrefundable 30% downpayment is required (take it as a cancellation fee if you decide cancel the project for any reason).

• The downpayment is not refundable If you decide to cancel the commission. If I decide to cancel the project you’ll get a full refund including the downpayment. I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time without giving a reason

• Remaining money must be paid when the costume is fully finished and ready to ship. In case it’s a more complicated character I can ask for a partial payment in the middle of the process. 

• DTD and clean reference sheet/pictures are needed. Make sure your reference sheet/pictures are 100% up to date (I work only with pictures, no long texts with description!)

• I’m sending a lot of work in progress photos during the process to make sure everything goes according your expectations. For complicated edits/changes I can charge extra 

• I'm accepting only bank transfers and prices are in always in USD. You can't convert the price to your domestic currency and later expect to pay less USD because the money rate of your domestic currency changed in the meantime. 

 

GENERAL

• You must be at least 18 years old

•  If the costume is already started/finished and you cancel the order, I’m allowed to sell the costume with modifications that I consider to be appropriate

• If you decided to go for artistic freedom and didn’t like the concept art (character design) from me, I’m allowed to use it for a future project or sell it

• If you requested some changes in the concept art I made for you, it’s not making the character design yours. 

• I don't work with strict deadlines. We can set a preferred completion date but it cannot be guaranteed: costumes are long time projects and every piece is different. I won’t rush the artwork just to meet the deadline. Quality and good looking outcome is always my priority. I provide transparent queue to my clients and I'm easy to talk to

• Forcing, complaining and abusive behavior won’t be tolerated 

• WARNING! If you are allergic to dogs, don't buy a costume from me. My dogs are allowed in the workroom. 

 

WARRANTY

• I guarantee a 3 months warranty. Every costume is carefully inspected before shipping but in case you find any mistakes or flaws you can send it back for free repair within the 3 months (Buyer pays shipping to me, I pay shipping back to them). 

• Regular wear and tear is not covered by the warranty 

 

SHIPPING

• Shipping is not included in the price (nor in the final price of an auction). It’s calculated separately

• Some countries are not accepting insured packages or won't let me insure it for the full price. As soon as the suit is mailed out, it's out of my hands and I'm not responsible for any damage or lost items. In case it gets lost or damaged during shipping, I can't provide a refund or a second costume for free. 

• You will receive a tracking number and you can also provide me an Apple AirTag to ship with your suit.

• All costumes are made with love in European Union. In case you’re from a different part of the world please be aware of possible custom fees. Custom fees are your responsibility and are not included in the price of a costume
